Measurable Impact & Results

1

Workflow Automation & Error Reduction

The Challenge

Streamlining the build delivery processing system to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency.

Action Taken

Queried SQL server database and used Excel pivot tables to identify high-frequency hardware types. Collaborated with Data Center engineers to automate device port adaptor configuration and Oracle RAC standard specifications.

The Impact

Eliminated common errors caused by inexperience or manual input, prevented rework, and avoided major delivery delays.

2

Automated Reporting System

The Challenge

Manual, time-consuming process of extracting and inputting data for the monthly sponsor deck.

Action Taken

Designed a graphical Excel template and worked with developers to create a script that exported tracker data directly into the template.

The Impact

Enabled ad-hoc queries and allowed for the isolation of issues specific to use cases and roles, streamlining communication with business sponsors.

3

Complex Stakeholder Management

The Challenge

Satisfying many direct stakeholders with conflicting needs and scopes across multiple departments.

Action Taken

Built a system supporting 8 distinct roles including PMs, Engineers, Cost Accounting, and IBM partners. Enforced role-specific validation and approval-bound functionality.

The Impact

Ensured security, proper authorization flow, and order across all stakeholder interactions.

4

Data Center Collaboration System

The Challenge

Creating a unified system for technical hardware installation processing across KP's data centers.

Action Taken

Led a design partnership with the Network Operations Director. Developed a comprehensive Statement of Record and collaborative processing system.

The Impact

Standardized hardware installation workflows and improved data center coordination efficiency.
