By using the Battle Type app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

Features, screens, badges, copy, platform requirements, and availability may change through future updates.

Permitted Use

You may view and share links to the website for personal, informational, and editorial purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse support channels, or use the site in a way that harms others.

App Availability And Services

Battle Type version 1.0 is free and requires no app-specific account. Online battles use Apple Game Center and are also subject to Apple's applicable terms. Nearby battles use encrypted peer-to-peer networking and require compatible nearby devices and local network permission.

Intellectual Property

Battle Type names, visuals, badge art, interface concepts, logos, original gameplay passages, copy, and related materials are owned by Daniel Does Inter or its licensors unless otherwise noted. Licensed fonts and assets are identified in the in-app Sources & Licenses page. These terms do not grant rights to copy, modify, sell, or reuse those materials except as allowed by law.

Fair Play

Do not cheat, manipulate results, abuse matchmaking, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt another player's experience.

No Warranties

The Battle Type app, website, multiplayer services, and content are provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Daniel Does Inter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the Battle Type app, website, multiplayer services, or support services.

Changes And Contact

We may update these terms as Battle Type and its services change. Continued use of the app or website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
