1. Our commitment
danieldoesinter.net Ltd. is committed to improving the accessibility of ShoPro for people with disabilities. Our target for the ShoPro website is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, alongside applicable requirements of Israeli Standard 5568.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review the experience as content and features change and welcome specific feedback from users.
2. Website accessibility features
The ShoPro website and related information pages include:
3. Interactive and visual previews
The homepage includes an interactive phone demonstration, animated decorative effects, comparison graphics, and a preview coverage map. These are illustrative and are not required to contact support, read legal information, or understand ShoPro’s core purpose.
Important information shown visually is also provided as nearby text, lists, labels, or tables. The coverage map is paired with a written city list. Users who prefer less motion can enable “Reduce Motion” in their operating system.
4. iOS app accessibility
ShoPro is being developed with native iOS technologies that can support system accessibility features such as VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, increased contrast, reduced motion, and keyboard or switch navigation where applicable.
The app is still in development. Accessibility behavior may change before release, and some dense comparison, chart, camera, photo-selection, or map-related experiences may require further refinement. We intend to test the released experience with assistive technologies and address material barriers.
5. Known limitations
- The homepage’s embedded app preview is a compact simulation and may be more difficult to use at high zoom or with some assistive technologies than the eventual native app.
- Charts and map markers are visual summaries; their accompanying text provides the primary accessible alternative.
- Google-hosted web fonts may be unavailable under restrictive network settings. The site falls back to system fonts.
- Third-party browser, email, Apple, hosting, or font interfaces are outside our direct control.
If any of these limitations prevents you from getting information or support, contact us and we will provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
6. Compatibility
The website is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies on desktop and mobile. Older browsers or disabled JavaScript may limit theme controls or interactive demonstrations, while the core written content and email links should remain available.
7. Accessibility feedback
When reporting a barrier, please tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the device and browser or iOS version, and the assistive technology used. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary to investigate the issue.
