1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and danieldoesinter.net Ltd. (“ShoPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the ShoPro website, downloading or using the ShoPro application, or contacting ShoPro support, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use ShoPro.

2. The current service

ShoPro is a local-first personal grocery price diary. It helps users record products and prices, compare entries, maintain a shopping list, attach optional images and location details, and export or restore app backups.

3. Personal-use license

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ShoPro for lawful personal and household purposes on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with Apple’s applicable usage rules.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative commercial services from ShoPro except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your device, operating system, email account, and exported backups secure.
• Checking the accuracy of information you enter and confirming current shelf, checkout, tax, membership, and delivery conditions before buying.
• Maintaining backups you consider important and understanding the difference between merge and replace restoration.
• Using camera, photo, and location features lawfully and respecting the privacy and rights of others.
• Providing accurate and relevant information when requesting support.

5. Price and product information

ShoPro records information entered by users or included as clearly identified demonstration content. Prices can change at any time and may vary by branch, date, membership status, quantity, promotion, tax, delivery method, or other conditions.

ShoPro does not guarantee that a recorded price, comparison, product description, rating, savings estimate, or store detail is complete, current, or available. ShoPro is not a retailer, price guarantee, financial adviser, or substitute for checking the actual terms of a purchase.

6. Your content and photos

You retain your rights in product records, notes, and images you create or select. You represent that you have the right to store and use that content and that it does not violate law, privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

The current local-first app does not grant us a license to publish your notebook content. If future community features allow optional sharing, those features will be governed by updated terms presented before use.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use ShoPro for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Upload or retain content you do not have a right to use.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or compromise the app, website, hosting, or security measures.
• Use automated systems to scrape the website or extract substantial parts of ShoPro except with written permission.
• Misrepresent ShoPro data as an official retailer price, binding offer, or guaranteed market result.
• Use ShoPro branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership without permission.

8. Backups and device data

Export and restore tools are provided for convenience. A replace restoration intentionally removes current ShoPro records before importing the selected backup. You are responsible for selecting the correct file and mode and for keeping independent copies of important information.

We are not responsible for loss caused by device failure, app removal, operating-system behavior, unavailable backups, an interrupted transfer, user error, or storage services outside our control.

9. ShoPro intellectual property

ShoPro, its software, website, visual design, logo, text, and original materials are owned by or licensed to danieldoesinter.net Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Retailer names, product names, Apple, iPhone, TestFlight, App Store, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

10. Apple and third-party services

ShoPro may rely on Apple platform functions such as device storage, camera and photo access, location services, geocoding, sharing, TestFlight, and App Store distribution. The website uses hosting, email, and font-delivery services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, retailer systems, external links, or changes to their availability or behavior.

11. Availability and changes

ShoPro may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Features shown on the coming-soon website, launch timing, beta access, compatibility, and future networking plans are informational and may change without creating an obligation to release them.

We may release updates that are required for continued use, security, compatibility, or legal compliance.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShoPro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, danieldoesinter.net Ltd. and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, savings, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or purchases made in reliance on recorded prices.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly for ShoPro during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or ILS 100. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

14. Termination

You may stop using ShoPro at any time. We may suspend access to website or support services, or terminate a license, when reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, security threats, material violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing law, will survive.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Israel.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The revised Terms will show a new effective date. If a material change requires your consent, we will request it in an appropriate manner.
